At Soulmatchindia, we strive to provide high-quality astrological services, personalized reports, and consultations. Due to the nature of our services, we have a strict refund policy as mentioned below.

1. General Refund Rules

• All sales are final once the service is delivered or the report is generated.

• Most of our products and services are personalized (kundli, horoscope reports, soulmate predictions, marriage timing analysis, consultations, etc.). Once delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded.

• Refunds are not applicable on digital products, downloadable reports, or completed consultations.

2. When Refund May Be Considered

We may consider a refund only in the following exceptional cases:

• Technical Error: If you were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).

• Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the paid report or consultation within the promised timeline (excluding delays due to incomplete birth details provided by you).

• Order Cancelled Before Processing: If you cancel the order before we start working on your report/consultation.

Note: Refunds will not be issued if:

• You change your mind after placing the order.

• You provide incorrect or incomplete birth details.

• You are unsatisfied with the interpretation or predictions (astrology is interpretive in nature).

• The consultation has already been conducted.

3. Refund Process

1. Request a refund by emailing us at hello@soulmatchindia.com within 7 days of purchase.

2. Clearly mention your Order ID and reason for refund.

3. We will review your request within 3–5 business days.

4. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refund Amount: Only the amount paid for the service will be refunded (after deducting any payment gateway charges, if applicable).

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Personalized Astrological Reports (Soulmate, Marriage Timing, Career, etc.)

• Online / Phone / Video Consultations (once the session is completed or scheduled)

• Any remedial suggestions or puja services

• Gemstone or other physical products after dispatch

5. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund (if we have not started processing).

• After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be approved only at our sole discretion.

6. Affiliate Products and Third-Party Sellers

Soulmatchindia may display affiliate links or recommend products from Amazon, Flipkart, or other partner platforms.

• These products are sold and fulfilled directly by the respective third-party sellers or platforms.

• Soulmatchindia acts only as an affiliate and earns a small commission on qualifying purchases.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality, authenticity, condition, or description

  • Shipping, delivery delays, or lost packages

  • Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations

  • Customer service or after-sales support related to these products

For any issues, returns, or refunds related to affiliate products, please contact the respective seller or platform (for example, Amazon Customer Service) directly. Their return and refund policies will apply.

Soulmatchindia shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from affiliate or third-party products.
